With 27 years in the culinary realm, starting his career at Marlow Hotel group in 2023, Daniel Tasker is a seasoned chef known for his dedication and passion. Holding certifications in Commercial Cookery and Leadership and Management, Daniel's journey began with apprenticeships at renowned establishments through western suburbs of NSW.

Daniel's proudest moment was being featured on Sydney Weekender for his work in his kitchens where he helped transform the venue into a local favourite. He believes staying calm under pressure, organization, teamwork, and attention to detail are key qualities for success.

Described as hard-working, loyal, calm, passionate, and a team player, Daniel draws inspiration from mentors and fellow chefs who have guided him. His favourite cuisine to cook is fresh seafood, where he enjoys experimenting with natural flavours to create memorable dishes for guests.
